Felnuqari is a static site of written guides. There is no account to open, no form to fill in, no basket, no comment thread and no upload. That shapes everything below: the amount of personal information involved in reading these pages is very close to none, and this page is mostly a description of that.
The site is published from Québec and operates under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Québec Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
1. Who is accountable

Under Law 25 a person responsible for the protection of personal information must be named. That person is Sarah Tremblay, reachable at the address above. There is no third party processing personal information on this site’s behalf beyond the hosting provider that serves the files.
2. Information involved
Technical request data
Every web server writes a line when it serves a file. Those lines contain the requesting IP address, the browser’s user-agent string, the path requested, a timestamp and the status code returned. They are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are consulted only when something is broken or when traffic looks abnormal. Nothing in them is combined with anything else, and nothing builds a profile.
What you send by email
Messages sent to the address above contain whatever the sender chose to include — typically a name, a return address and a question. That information reaches us because someone decided to write, not because a page asked for it.
To be explicit: no page on this domain contains a form, a survey, a sign-up field, a chat widget or a file upload. There is nothing here to submit.
An order for the sheet
One paid item is offered here, a PDF ordered by email. An order carries nothing beyond an ordinary message: the address it came from, any name you sign with, and afterwards the reference a bank attaches to an Interac e-Transfer. No card number, expiry or security code reaches this site or its owner — a transfer runs between your bank and hers, and there is no payment page here for one to be entered into.
3. Purpose and consent
Information is used for three things and no others: keeping the site available and secure, replying to email, and complying with a legal obligation if one arises. Consent for the first is implied by the technical need to serve a page you requested; consent for the second is given by writing.
Where an order is placed, the same correspondence also serves to send transfer details, confirm that payment arrived and deliver the file.
Personal information is never sold, rented, exchanged or disclosed to advertisers or data brokers. No commercial electronic message is sent from this site — there is no mailing list, no promotional email and nothing to unsubscribe from, which is the simplest way to satisfy CASL.
4. Cookies and the absence of analytics
A single first-party cookie records the answer given to the cookie banner. It contains that answer and nothing else. There is no analytics platform, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party script anywhere on this domain; every file the browser requests is served from felnuqari.com. 5. Leaving this site
Pages here discuss mobile applications distributed by third parties, chiefly through the Google Play Store. Those platforms are operated by other organisations, under their own privacy policies, and this policy has no reach into them. Once a link takes you off this domain, what happens to your information is governed by whoever runs the destination. Read their policy before installing anything or entering personal details.
6. Safeguards, transfer and retention
Pages are served over HTTPS. Access to the hosting account is limited to the person named in section 1 and protected by a unique credential. Under Law 25, information leaving Québec must be considered: hosting infrastructure and email may be operated outside the province and outside Canada, and where that is the case the provider is bound by contractual protections comparable to those required here. The information involved is limited to server logs and correspondence.
Server logs are rotated by the host within weeks. Email threads are kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Deletion can be requested sooner and will be carried out.
Order correspondence keeps the same twenty-four month window. It is held a little more deliberately than a general enquiry, so that a buyer who loses the file months later can ask again and be recognised, and it is deleted sooner on request.
7. Your rights
Under PIPEDA and Law 25 you may request access to personal information held about you, ask for correction of anything inaccurate, withdraw a consent you have given, and ask for your correspondence to be deleted. Law 25 also gives a right to be told what information exists about you and where it came from.
Send the request to [email protected], stating what you want. A first reply usually arrives within a couple of business days, and the request is completed within thirty days.
If the response is unsatisfactory you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Neither route requires our agreement.
