Third-Party App Disclaimer

1. Independence
Felnuqari is written and maintained by Sarah Tremblay in Montréal and answers to nobody in the games industry. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, authorised, endorsed or approved by Google LLC, by Google Play, or by any developer or publisher whose games appear in the text. No developer has paid for coverage, approved wording, or been given sight of a page before publication.
The pages are guides and analyses built from publicly available information and from experience of playing puzzle games of this format. They are editorial work, not official documentation, and they carry no authority beyond that.
2. Names and marks
Google, Google Play and Android are trade marks of Google LLC. Titles of games, studio names, logos and characters belong to their respective owners. All of them appear here for the sole purpose of identifying the software being described — descriptive use, which implies no licence, no sponsorship and no commercial connection.
3. Nothing is distributed from here
This site hosts no application files. There is no APK, no repackaged build, no patch, no crack, no mirror and no unofficial installer, and no page links to one. Applications published on Google Play are downloaded from Google Play, under Google’s terms and the developer’s, neither of which we influence.
Anything involving money or an account — a purchase, a subscription, a refund, a chargeback, a lost save, taxes or platform fees — is entirely between you, the store and the developer. This site has no access to those systems and cannot intervene in any of them.
4. Where statements come from, and how long they hold
Where a page states something concrete about an application or a genre — a board size, a control scheme, a rating, an offline capability — that statement reflects publicly available information at the time it was written and is offered as a practical indication rather than an official specification. The application’s own store listing carries the official version and overrides anything here.
Software changes constantly. Rules get rebalanced, prices move, features disappear and apps are withdrawn. Each page shows the date its text was last reviewed; treat anything older than that date as needing a check.
Where a page links to a store listing, the link goes to the official Google Play page for that application, opens in a new tab, and was verified on September 2, 2026. Beyond that link you are on a service run by Google, governed by Google’s terms and the developer’s.
5. Where the images come from
The three screenshots and the application icon shown on the front page were taken from that application’s Google Play listing on September 2, 2026, and are reproduced at reduced size purely to illustrate the guide and identify the software described in it. That is fair dealing for review and news reporting under section 29 of the Canadian Copyright Act.
Copyright in those images remains with King. Their appearance here transfers nothing and asserts nothing. The rest of what you see — the text, the tables, the site icon and the page graphics — was made for Felnuqari.
If a rights holder would rather an image were not shown, one message to [email protected] removes it.
6. The sheet is our own work
The PDF sold from this site is written and drawn by Sarah Tremblay. It reproduces no artwork, screenshot, board layout or text belonging to any developer, and it is neither licensed, endorsed nor reviewed by any of them. It is one person’s working notes on how a genre of board behaves, sold as a single item by a private individual, and buying it conveys no right in any game it mentions.
7. Copyright and trade mark claims
If you hold rights in material you believe appears here without authorisation, write to [email protected] with the page address, an identification of the protected work and a way to verify your claim. The material is taken down while the claim is examined, not afterwards. Written notice may also be sent to Sarah Tremblay, 1000 Rue de la Gauchetière O, Montréal, QC H3B 4W5, Canada.
8. Your decisions remain yours
Choosing to install, buy or play third-party software is a decision you make. This site accepts no responsibility for how an application behaves, for charges applied by a store or developer, or for any consequence of acting on something read here.
