Felnuqari started as a set of notes. Cluster-match boards get written up almost everywhere as lists of tips with no explanation of why any of them work, and the underlying rule — that the shape of the hole you leave matters more than the size of the group you cleared — is rarely stated at all. The site exists to state it properly and then work outwards from there.

Who reads the mail
Sarah Tremblay, who writes everything on the site, reads and answers it herself. A reply normally comes within a couple of business days. Messages arriving over a weekend or on a Québec statutory holiday get picked up on the next working day, so a Saturday note is usually answered Monday or Tuesday.
Worth writing about
- A rule described on the site no longer matches how a game behaves.
- A correction: a wrong term, a table row that has gone stale, a dead link.
- An order for the Cascade Sheet, or a question about one already sent.
- A privacy request under PIPEDA or Law 25 — access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion.
- A copyright or trade mark concern, as set out in the Third-Party App Disclaimer.
Not something this address can fix
Store accounts, card charges, refunds, lost progress and apps that will not launch are matters for the store and the developer. Nothing on this site touches those systems, and a message here cannot reach them. Their own support channels are the only route.
